1. Who we are
XCOD is a Pan-African operating infrastructure for Cash on Delivery. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data submitted through xcodplatform.com.
2. Data we collect
When you submit an application, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, Media Buying experience, budget ranges, traffic sources, COD experience, markets of interest, preferred language, referral source, optional message, page URL, UTM parameters, and submission time.
3. Why we use the data
We use application data to review your request, contact you, assess operational fit, and perform internal reporting.
4. Where data is stored
Application data may be stored in a private Google Sheet or another internal system accessible to authorized members of the XCOD team. Our website form uses Google Apps Script to transmit submissions.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell application data. We may use service providers necessary to operate the website, communications, or internal systems.
6. Retention
We retain application data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
7. Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable requirements and legitimate retention needs.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Security verification
The application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to provide this security service. XCOD does not use Turnstile for advertising profiling.
10. Cookies and analytics
This website version does not set advertising cookies by default. If analytics, advertising, or additional tracking tools are introduced, this policy should be updated accordingly.
